The Mobile Spray Tan Process

Before your appointment

  • Exfoliate everyday leading up to your Spray Tan Appointment

  • Shave 24 hours before your Spray Tan Appointment

  • Apply Lotion leading up to your Spray Tan Appointment

  • NO Warm Showers 12 Hours before your Spray Tan Appointment

  • Come to your Appointment with clean skin, free from lotions, perfumes, deodorant and sweat

During your appointment

  • Our Artists just need a small space to set up their spray tan tent.

    • Bathrooms tend to be where we normally tan, but we have also set up in the middle of the house!

    • During the summer months, we do not recommend spraying in garages as it gets too hot for the artist and you may sweat during the appointment

  • Spray Tan Formula normally stays contained within the tent. If there is any overspray, it is very minimal.

  • Our Formulas DO NOT stain fabric

  • Appointments from set up to tear down last about 30 minutes

Post Spray Tan Appointment

  • Rinse off your spray tan when your artist instructs you during your appointment

  • Moisturize every morning and evening

  • Drink tons of water- stay hydrated!

  • DO NOT Exfoliate

  • Use SPF when in the Sun

  • Use a Gradual Tanning Lotion to help extend the spray tan

Mobile Spray Tan Safety Agreement

Queen City Spray Tanning Mobile Service Agreement
By booking any mobile spray tanning service with Queen City Spray Tanning (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

  1. Service Refusal & Safety

    • We reserve the unconditional right to refuse or terminate service at any time if a spray tan artist feels unsafe or threatened for any reason.

    • No explanation or disclosure of the reason for refusal is required.

    • The safety and well-being of our artists is paramount; no exceptions will be made.

  2. No-Show & Cancellation Policy

    • A “no-show” (failure to be present and ready at the scheduled time without prior notification) will result in immediate termination of all future services with Queen City Spray Tanning.

    • To avoid this, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.

  3. Gender-Based Appointment Requirement

    • Male clients receiving mobile spray tans must have a woman present in the appointment space at all times.

    • If no woman is present upon arrival, the artist may refuse to proceed and will treat it as a no-show.

  4. Feedback & Satisfaction

    • We welcome your feedback—if you’re unhappy with your tan, please let us know.

    • While we cannot guarantee we can fully correct every issue, we will always do our best to rectify any concerns in a timely manner.

  5. Liability & Conduct

    • Clients agree to provide a clean, well-lit, and private space for the service.

    • Any damage to property caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the Client.

    • Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward our artists is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate service termination.

  6. Acceptance

    • By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.

    • These terms remain in effect for all current and future appointments unless revised in writing by Queen City Spray Tanning
